Karma yoga mantra

 1. Self discipline, deep focused work , working multiple things in a day, keeping busy helps you rid the negative thoughts.

2. Be good do good to others. Try to see only positivity. Dont seek validations externally it all comes from within and your conscience. 

3. If after benefit of doubt there is still too much negative energy in a person - avoid em

4. Spend time with friends and family. Disconnect from devices as much as possible. Listening and being present 💯 is paramount.

5.  Keep connections intact , dont fight others fight . Enquire greet but do not trespass boundaries. 

6. Let ego slip away, try to take things lightly . Breathe and observe things ll not be complicated.

7. Incorporate alone time/ silence/ reflection,  exercises ,art , reading in your day and part of schedule.  Dont overwhelm should be small and organic.
